But I won't let that get me down.
The new year has just begun, and it's particularly meaningful to me... that is, as a guy who has put a lot of effort into building his own personal brand in the city of Hangzhou, China.
There have been some failures. There have been mostly successes. All of my experiences have led me to understand what it takes to make it in one of the most rewarding - and ruthless - markets in the world today.
My goal this year is to continue doing what I believe in, and to continue ignoring those who don't have a good thing to say.
I need to continue treating each project as though it were my own, no matter how big or small.
I'm going to focus less on things that slow me down - like China's censored Internet - and I will focus more on things that actually help me achieve my goals.
Happy New Year, everyone. Let's make 2013 the year of the true guerilla marketers!
Take no prisoners.

Is there anyway of freeze drying a few plates then sending those to Texas? Preferably signature required!
Knowing the food must taste as good as it looks - amazing!
